Each month we creatively explore different aspects of mindfulness and well-being. Classes are offered on a drop-in basis and are facilitated by Patti Vick as well as visiting teachers.
Art of Well-Being

Explore the heart qualities of joy, compassion, loving kindness and equanimity through intuitive art making and reflective journaling. Practice cultivating kindness for yourself and others.

Drawing and painting connect us to the changing energy of our bodies, emotions and thoughts. In this ongoing class we create art as a means of investigating and engaging with the full range of life experiences with a spirit of curiosity and compassion.

Join a regular group of practitioners exploring what’s arising for us in the present moment through colors, intuitive mark making and reflective writing.
